Admission Process
We welcome families to begin their journey with us through a thoughtfully designed admission process that ensures clarity, care, and connection.
Step 1 : Registration
The admission process commences with the registration of the applicant, along with a non-refundable registration fee of ₹5,000. Parents may choose to register online or offline, as per their convenience.

- Complete the form with accurate details.
- Pay the registration fee via GPay or Net Banking.
- Scanned copies of the documents to be mailed to office.ahgrs@ashokhall.org
- Post hard copies of the same documents to the address mentioned in the form.
Required Documents (attested copies):
- Transfer Certificate
- Report card of the previous class
- Character certificate
- Aadhar card
- Online payment receipt
- Birth Certificate
- Caste Certificate (If applicable)
Offline Registration Steps:
- Visit the school’s Admission Desk in person.
- Collect and fill out the Registration Form accurately.
- Attach photocopies of the required documents.
- Submit the form along with the documents and pay the fee by cash or online transfer.

Step 2 : Interaction with the Principal
Upon successful completion of the registration process, a formal interaction with the Principal will be scheduled at the school premises.
This session serves as a platform to gain deeper insights into the applicant’s aspirations, personality traits, and overall potential.
It also provides parents with an opportunity to engage in substantive dialogue with the school’s leadership team, fostering mutual understanding and alignment with the institution’s vision and values.
Step 3 : Aptitude Assessment
As part of the evaluation process, the applicant will undergo a brief aptitude assessment in English and Mathematics, designed to gauge academic readiness in a relaxed and supportive setting.
Step 4 : Documents Required at the Time of Interaction
Please bring original copies of the following documents during the interaction:
- Academic reports or assessments from the previous class
- Certificates of merit (If applicable)
- A copy of the child’s Aadhar Card and Birth Certificate
- Two passport-sized photographs of the child
- One passport-sized photograph and Aadhar card copies of the guardians
- Transfer Certificate
- Unique ID Number (If applicable)
- Caste Certificate (If applicable)
